YTD stands for year to date. The YTD % yoy measures the change between a year to date value in a given year and the corresponding year to date value of the preceding year. To be eligible for a VAT refund, claimants, including Lebanese passport holders, must be living or maintaining permanent residence outside Lebanon. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for a refund is 150,000 LBP. The VAT rate increased from 10% to 11% starting 2018. |
