Starting May 2019, the foreign public debt figures don't include the bridge financing from BDL in the amount of LBP 1,733.63 billions (USD 1.15 billions). As of April 2020, through February 2022 the value of arrears on foreign currency debt, respectively as follows (LBP 3,314bn, LBP 4,146bn, LBP 5,305bn, LBP 5,567bn, LBP 5,705bn, LBP 5,896bn, LBP 6,111bn, LBP 6,959bn, LBP 7,180bn, LBP 7,408bn, LBP 7,554bn, LBP 7,756bn, LBP 11,144bn, LBP 12,027bn, LBP 12,279bn, LBP 12,536bn, LBP 12,724bn, LBP 12,957bn, LBP 13,085bn, LBP 13,976bn, LBP 14,240bn and LBP 14,697bn). The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of April 2022 was LBP 15,118bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of June 2022 was LBP 17,011bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of July 2022 was LBP 17,296bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of August 2022 was LBP 17,504bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of September 2022 was LBP 17,760bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of October 2022 was LBP 20,316bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of November 2022 was LBP 21,148bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of December 2022 was LBP 21,448bn. The value of arrears on foreign currency debt at the end of January 2023 was LBP 21,756bn. |
