Effective January 31st 2024, and in accordance with Circular No. 167, Banks and Financial Institutions are required to convert their Balance Sheets' Accounts in Foreign Currencies to Lebanese pounds at the Official Exchange Rate of 89,500 LBP per dollar when preparing their financial positions.
