Data from 2006 through 2009 are calculated by Economena as the sum of available-for-sale investment securities and held-to-maturity investment securities. Data for 2016 and 2017 are calculated by Economena and include shares and participation classified at fair value through other comprehensive income (FVTOCI). In February 2023, the Central Bank of Lebanon changed the official published exchange rate from LBP 1507.5 to LBP 15,000 to the US Dollar. In January 2024, the Central Bank of Lebanon changed the official published exchange rate from LBP 15,000 to LBP 89,500 to the US Dollar.
